This experience takes the principle of the famous Mexican wave, but instead of simply throwing your arms in the air, imagine that the whole group is holding a lightweight railway track above their heads and transporting cargo along it. This terrific ice breaker translates cooperative thinking into a high-spirited breakout session of competition and craftsmanship. To succeed, teams draw on their time management, ingenuity, and communication skills. Mexican Railway creates an environment where each member works in unison while rushing to stay ahead of the competition. It’s a game that enhances a wide array of business skills and introduces quick thinking at individual and group levels. ## Learning Outcomes ### Collaboration Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you. ### Creativity Flexing your creative muscles is an ingeniously fun way of improving your problem-solving skills. These skills can make a big difference to how teams approach their day to day, back in the workplace. Our creative experiences allow participants to explore within themselves and collaboratively as teams. Ultimately, these experiences are massively rewarding. ### Leadership Our experiences to identify and bring out leadership qualities revolve around either creative and collaborative practices or competitive challenges. These tried and tested techniques delve deep into team dynamics and how individuals respond to them. We have also developed a core set of highly effective interactive business games.
