# Puppet Masters

> The ultimate test of communication, collaboration, and performance as teams control gigantic puppets to perform seemingly simple human actions.

## How it works

Teams collect their puppet kits and various props before examining and discussing construction methods. They must then divide themselves into sub-teams to complete the different parts. Once assembled, controls must be attached and the puppet decorated.

To succeed in this experience, each team must become a ‘nerve centre’ controlling a myriad of movements via the nine controllers to impress their colleagues with an effortless performance.

Puppet Masters requires all of your team members to be involved in strategic and project planning to construct the puppet and get it moving. Trust us - It requires surprisingly intense teamwork and smooth communication to get this puppet up and running and able to carry out human-like actions.

This experience is a highly innovative way of putting your teams’ communication, process improvement, and operational excellence skills to the test.

## Learning Outcomes

### Creativity

Flexing your creative muscles is an ingeniously fun way of improving your problem-solving skills. These skills can make a big difference to how teams approach their day to day, back in the workplace. Our creative experiences allow participants to explore within themselves and collaboratively as teams. Ultimately, these experiences are massively rewarding.

### Leadership

Our experiences to identify and bring out leadership qualities revolve around either creative and collaborative practices or competitive challenges. These tried and tested techniques delve deep into team dynamics and how individuals respond to them. We have also developed a core set of highly effective interactive business games. Our interactive games mimic real-world scenarios but with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure.
