Participants must guide their avatar carefully around our digital map. - **Experience Format:** Virtual - **Group Size:** 8 - Unlimited Guests - **Duration:** 1 - 2 Hours - **Key Benefits:** Collaboration, Fun & social, Morale boosters ## How it works ‘Race around the world’ is an online team-building activity specifically designed to help enhance remote workers' soft skills and agile thinking. It has three levels, each with a variety of exciting challenges to complete. Each team is represented by an explorer, with teams collaborating to guide their explorer across the globe. To complete all three game levels successfully with the maximum amount of points, teams must note online bulletins and assess the information gleaned from the game map. Timed stages and the added pressure of managing limited resources make for a very engaging learning platform. ‘Race around the world' is an iterative learning framework where team members must gather information, think critically, and then communicate effectively with their teammates to succeed. ## Learning Outcomes ### Collaboration Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you. ### Fun & social Choosing from our range of fun and social experiences is sometimes all it takes to get teams working together in new and more effective ways. These light and engaging experiences are great for energising a team or warming up conference delegates. They can help familiarise new team members or get well-acquainted ones working in innovative ways. ### Morale boosters Our morale booster experiences are designed to inspire new patterns of thinking across a team or even a whole organisation.
