# Synergyk

> Up-skill your teamwork capabilities with our fun, AI bot-driven mini-games.

## How it works

- In the opening video, a mischievous ’AI Bot’ challenges ‘Humans’ with the ultimate test of teamwork, SYNERGYK
- Participants are assigned to a SYNERGYK box, the host then guides the game flow through a series of video interludes and live score feed
- Interactions with the game are done via retro electronic components such as sliders, flashing buttons and joysticks, creating a unique user experience
- Teams compete through 6 different SYNERGYK minigames, which combine puzzle play, physical coordination, auditory and visual clues
- SYNERGYK game mechanics encourage reiterative learning and cooperation; players cannot play alone, and they must rely on their whole team to move forward!

## Learning Outcomes

### Change & growth

The effectiveness of teams is always in a constant state of flux. Teams grow, they shrink, the dynamics change. To keep teams moving towards their optimal state, we have devised a set of experiences that helps manage their performance. We draw on the power of leadership, empathy, cooperation, and problem-solving to help deliver change.

### Collaboration

Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you.

### Fun & social

Choosing from our range of fun and social experiences is sometimes all it takes to get teams working together in new and more effective ways. These light and engaging experiences are great for energising a team or warming up conference delegates. They can help familiarise new team members or get well-acquainted ones working in innovative ways.
