This month some of our team braved the walk of their lives, taking on the mighty West Highland Way in only three days! Luckily the sun was shining and the banter flowed keeping spirits high, despite the tough terrain and our aches and pains. As the hours rolled by and our feet kept moving there were times when morale was low and all we had to do was raise our eyes from the dusty road to look up at Bob with his Gandalf Stick or listen in for shouts of our endurance catchphrase "My hoofs are burnin' baby, they are burnin'!" and that was enough to cheer us up enough to pick up the pace and blast on. It was a truly inspirational few days with the stunning Scottish vistas encouraging us further and faster. We enjoyed fantastic dinners with the team and lovely accommodation to give us the recovery time we needed to get through what really was a tough challenge. There were more ice packs and compeed plasters in our rooms than a chemist but they did the job. The entire team did themselves proud in making sure we all got across that finish line in one piece and in supporting one another through the ups and the downs. We are already looking forward to our next adventure, whatever it may be so watch this space and feel free to fire in any ideas you may have!
