Mercure Ardoe House Hotel was once again the fabulous setting for Technip's client fireworks night 2013. This year the theme had changed from scary Halloween theming to Princess and Pirates galore. The guests arrived and walked through the spooky pirates cave entrance and landed into a magical fairytale land with a lovely princess chair which provided some great photo opportunities.

In the main room we had some great music blasting away allowing time for everyone to mingle and for the children to have some fun on the Bouncy Castle, Ball Pool as well as the Big Screen Games. The smell of the barbeque food blasted throughout the room, meaning it was time for everyone to eat till their hearts content and enjoy the fabulous array of food that Ardoe House Hotel had to offer. Once all of the guests had finished their dinner, it was time for everyone to make their way outside for the Fireworks Display. What a display it was as well, with lots of big bangs and bright colours, it really lit up the night sky, once the display had finished it was back inside to some warmth and to enjoy the rest of the evening.

Once everyone was back inside it was time to start the party games, we had lots of princesses and pirates come forward where we began our games. We started off with some apple bobbing in which we had some brave adults show the children how it should be done, both were successful as well as the majority of the children (they all got the apples in the end, as well as some sweets for the real winners). We moved on to some musical statues, where the children were really able to showcase their moves and win some prizes. There was also a Piñata, Fancy Dress Parade and some Dancing Competitions in which everyone had a great time taking part in the games. It was then time for everyone to sadly leave; we at Team Challenge Company had a lot of fun partying with everyone and loved the effort that went into the costumes. Scott and Stephanie, yet again what a great night that you two put together, it was lovely to see you all once again. We look forward to next year.
