To follow on from a morning of conferencing at the fantastic St James’ Park Stadium in Newcastle, Team Challenge Company had the great pleasure of delivering an afternoon of Indoor Team Building Activities for a group of approximately 120 guests from Sage (UK) Limited. The afternoon was to provide some entertainment and energy to accompany the morning meeting, providing a unique and rewarding session to focus on Team Work and Team Spirit – and of course the element of competition, of which there was plenty in the room!A sense of nervous anticipation from the crowd soon dissipated as we got straight into the Team Building Event with style in the shape of our ever-challenging Helium Stick Energizer! Our 12 Teams stepped up to the plate for practise – and to be honest there was limited success around the room as most of the Helium Sticks started to rise rather than get closer to the ground…! By the time the competition time came around, the improvement across the teams was sensational, with Team 1 recording a fantastic Winner’s Result! The challenges (and entertainment) continued from here, with the teams battling it out head-to-head in the Crane Construction, Interlocker and NASA Space Mission exercises, racking up the points in a bid to take home the much-coveted Team Challenge Company Winner’s Trophy! With bonus points up for grabs at each challenge through the use of the Sage Guiding Principle Joker Cards, it really was all to play for, and there were a lot of people in the room desperate to walk away a champion.

Hi Jonathan, I just wanted to say thank you for yesterday. You AND your team were amazing, awesome, incredible, brilliant, sensational, spectacular, remarkable, enthusiastic, and dare I say even dazzling!!! I could add many more superlatives, but I won't - I just hope you get the gist! Thank you for making our event "the event" and something we will all talk about for along time to come. Yesterday was our 5th Annual Finance Day and this was, by far, the "best one yet" (a comment I heard over and over again). This has an awful lot to do with you and the team, so once again, a MASSIVE thank you for the massive effort you all put in :-)
