How it works
Hosted by a professional percussionist, this fun-filled event will see your team starting in small groups to learn the basics of samba beats and breaks. They begin with a variety of rhythm-based warm-up exercises before moving on to real samba instruments.
As confidence and abilities grow, the groups are brought together in preparation for a grand finale of epic proportions, where your team will perform as a samba band ensemble.
Since this experience mimics the effects of standard operating procedures it is a very productive demonstration of how these can help achieve excellence. Working in synergy, the whole group succeeds.
Beats Work is, of course, a highly memorable shared learning experience and provides your teams with a very tangible example of the power of a focused common purpose.
