How it works
Participants take several selfies demonstrating their creativity and individuality. They are given clear instructions on the orientation and background colour of their photos but must get creative with props they have near at hand.
This experience is a great tool to encourage participants to express themselves while reinforcing their shared identity as part of a larger organisation. We then send our participants an invitation to the online premiere of a film showcasing their images (among their colleagues).
The effective communication of those initial instructions and how individual team members responded becomes powerfully demonstrated with the big reveal.
