How it works
Teams collect their puppet kits and various props before examining and discussing construction methods. They must then divide themselves into sub-teams to complete the different parts. Once assembled, controls must be attached and the puppet decorated.
To succeed in this experience, each team must become a ‘nerve centre’ controlling a myriad of movements via the nine controllers to impress their colleagues with an effortless performance.
Puppet Masters requires all of your team members to be involved in strategic and project planning to construct the puppet and get it moving. Trust us – It requires surprisingly intense teamwork and smooth communication to get this puppet up and running and able to carry out human-like actions.
This experience is a highly innovative way of putting your teams’ communication, process improvement, and operational excellence skills to the test.
