How it works
We provide your teams with a specially constructed frame and a mixture of raw materials which they can use to build their soapbox racer. Team members need to organise themselves into various job roles within the task. First things first – the teams need to hold a fundraising pitch to available sponsors. Once the finance is secured, teams must design and build their kart before getting ready to race.
This event mixes innovation, presentation, communication, and construction skills for a truly rounded interactive business game. This is one experience where strategy and project management come to the fore.
Large tasks need to be broken into smaller ones, and teams must pull together to win. It’s a near-perfect shared experience activity. Have some fun while improving on the fundamentals of workplace collaboration.
