Fire Up Your Team This Summer

Summer is always one of our busiest and most lively times at Team Challenge Company and we have a cracking season lined up. This is an important point in the year for your team. Targets are in place, teams have been briefed and the direction should be clear. Now, it’s all about keeping people switched on, focused and pushing towards those results. That’s where team engagement sessions can make all the difference. Whether you’re planning a Corporate Fun Day or a team building experience focused on specific outcomes, Team Challenge Company is here to lift energy levels and support your teams to reach their full potential.

Summer Corporate Fun Days

Summer away days are a key part of many organisations’ events calendar and some of our favourite experiences to deliver. Corporate Fun Days are a great way to bring teams together, strengthen connections and keep motivation levels high. At Team Challenge Company, we’re fully licensed for indoor and outdoor events, with a wide range of activities that can be shaped to suit your teams. From quad biking and inflatable assault courses to bungee trampolines, air rifle shooting, archery, F1 race car simulators, golf putting courses, magicians and fire performers, there is certainly something for everyone.

A Big Summer of Sport

With the World Cup on the horizon, this summer is set to be full of energy, competition and plenty of big moments. Now is the time to kick things off, get your team match fit and working together. Bring that World Cup energy into your own team day with experiences designed to get everyone involved, working together and enjoying the challenge.

Race Around the World

With teams across the globe coming together for the World Cup, Race Around the World brings that international energy into your own organisation. Each team takes on the role of explorers, navigating across countries and cultures, gathering information and making decisions under pressure. Success comes down to how well your team communicates, adapts and works together as the challenge unfolds.

Mexican Railway

In a nod to one of the World Cup locations, Mexican Railway links teams in a fun, high-energy and engaging activity where everyone is responsible for delivering a section of track within the given time frame. The experience takes inspiration from the famous Mexican wave, with the group working in sync to hold a lightweight railway track above their heads while transporting cargo along it. Easy!

Highland Games

With Scotland back on the World Cup stage after 28 years, why not try your own Highland Games experience this summer? This experience offers a mix of traditional and modern events, with teams competing to find their inner clan. Alongside the competition, teams can enjoy a bagpipe welcome, highland dancing workshop and haggis tasting to create a memorable team building event.

A Final Thought from Jonathan

As always, summer’s shaping up to be a busy one for us, with events already filling the calendar and plenty more to come. It’s one of our favourite times of year, seeing teams come together, get involved and make the most of being out of the office. There’s a real buzz around the business at the moment, especially with such a big summer of sport ahead. It’s a great time to bring that same energy into your own teams and create experiences people will remember long after the day itself. If you’ve got plans in the works, or just want to explore a few ideas, we’d love to help. Wishing you a great summer ahead.
