Don't get your tinsel in a tangle
Yes, we know. Normally no one dares mention it until after Halloween, but our phones have already started jingling. So make yourself a hot drink and have a look at what our merry band of team building elves have lined up for 2026. In person, virtual or a bit of both, we’ve got Christmas all wrapped up.
Santa's Toy Factory
Teams combine wooden parts and components into a range of high-quality children’s toys, guided by three dimensional blueprints. Once quality control gives the nod, the toys are decorated and teams design educational games to go with them. The best bit? You can choose to donate the finished toys and game materials to a local children’s charity, school or home.

On Air: Team Builders Podcast
With over 50 episodes, the Team Builders Podcast is going strong. If you’re looking for ideas on team building and engagement, tune in to hear from our co-directors Jonathan Hazley, Gerry Crowley and Stephen Hazley as well as special guests. Each episode is packed with strategies, stories and insider knowledge, plus insights from clients and our team building partners across the UK and beyond.
Episode 54 spotlight
In this episode, Jonathan, Gerry and Stephen explore the role of energy in team performance, leadership and long-term success. Energy is often thought of as high-volume, big speeches and constant positivity. But it is much more nuanced. The discussion looks at how leaders can use energy as a tool, why authenticity matters and why being 'up' all the time is not always realistic or useful.
A word from Jonathan
Our lines started ringing in August for the most popular dates in early and mid-December so get in early this year and tick off another thing off your Christmas to do list. What we are seeing this year is a real appetite for events that do more than fill an evening. Clients want their people in the same room and increasingly want time spent to be more than dinner and drinks, which is why experiences like Santa’s Toy Factory and GoGive Backpack keep growing in popularity. Your team gets the celebration and a local cause gets something too.
Best Wishes,
Jonathan Hazley
