The organisation had recently launched a new company strapline — #oneteam — and needed an event that would bring that message to life authentically. Simply announcing a new strapline from a stage rarely changes how people feel. They needed something that would make every person in the room feel it.

With 80 people from very different parts of the organisation in the room together — from the managing director to the maintenance team — the event had to work for everyone. That last requirement was the hardest to meet. Creating a genuine “wow moment” that resonates equally with a managing director and a maintenance operative — and that endures beyond the day itself — demands a very specific kind of creative thinking.
