How it works
Crescendo’s unique approach generates amazing results even with participants who have no previous musical experience. Instructors assign team members one of two classical string instruments: the violin or the viola. Then, they quickly teach them the basics of playing and learning their part in a custom-made composition. At the end, with the accompaniment of a bespoke backing track, the two sections are brought together in perfect harmony.
Obviously, there are few prodigal individuals who can learn to play classical music in under an hour, but a team of people working in synergy can.
In today’s fast-paced, and ever-changing business climate, it is vital that team members are able to adapt their skills to maintain the effectiveness of the team to both act and react with optimal speed and efficiency.
