How it works
Each team plays the crew of a pirate ship arriving with a hull full of items to trade. Their goal is to accumulate treasure by building relationships with other traders in port while using their guile
to gather vital market information.
The game takes place in four cycles, over an in-game four years. Each year commences with teams trading and ends with them returning to port to collect the bounty on their goods. As the
game progresses, teams develop relationships with other crews and share gained knowledge.
A quick but decidedly cunning experience where teams must negotiate to maximise their returns. Although it is competitive, the most successful teams are those that collaborate with others to build win-win outcomes while at the same time focusing on their bottom-line results. We wrap up with a review, where winning strategies are shared and any crossover that can apply to the workplace.
