How Does it Work?
Decluttering the mind and promoting focus and relaxation, Meditainment is all about encouraging a positive mindset and an effective working environment.
Participants are guided through the Meditainment experience by a relaxing voice and restful on-screen imagery. Before the activity begins, the group must democratically select the type of meditation experience that they would like. This is achieved through each participant waving their multi-coloured, glowing wands.
With their eyes closed, participants are then escorted by voice, music and sound effects on an imaginary journey. As the experience concludes, participants will be slowly brought back to full awareness. Everyone will now be focused and ready for the day ahead.
Stimulating a receptive mind and unifying your team, Meditainment offers a highly useful way to start the day. Encourage your employees to make the most of every minute by providing a way to help them stay focused and productive throughout the day ahead.
Conference attendees often arrive with their heads filled with clutter from their working and personal lives – plus the endless bombardment of information, news, and advertising messages that we are all subjected to on a daily basis. As a result, it can be hard for attendees to focus on your conference, which is why it’s important to ensure everyone is attentive and ready to make the most of the event.
Meditainment is a multi-purpose solution, helping employees and attendees alike relax and clear their minds. Focused thinking, an open mindset, and being more receptive to key messages are just a few of the benefits that Meditainment can bring.
