Global Innovation Game

Teams must devise an innovative product when provided with some creative prompts. They must then pitch and invest in this Dragon’s Den style experience.

How it works

Individual participants must come up with exciting new ideas in response to a set of creative stimulus cards. Each team member receives an object, tech, and a data card to help them on their way. They then discuss their idea with their teammates. The team validates which idea they think is the best before coming together and creating a joint pitch to present to the other participants.

All teams pitch their idea, and the remaining teams choose whether or not to invest their money.

‘Global innovation game’ is designed to get participants thinking and acting without the need to resort to search engines and PowerPoint to get their ideas across. It fosters the innovation of individuals within teams and how they can pull together to support each other's best thinking.

The effectiveness of teams is always in a constant state of flux. Teams grow, they shrink, the dynamics change. To keep teams moving towards their optimal state, we have devised a set of experiences that helps manage their performance. We draw on the power of leadership, empathy, cooperation, and problem-solving to help deliver change.


Flexing your creative muscles is an ingeniously fun way of improving your problem-solving skills. These skills can make a big difference to how teams approach their day to day, back in the workplace. Our creative experiences allow participants to explore within themselves and collaboratively as teams. Ultimately, these experiences are massively rewarding.


Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you.
