How it works

We invite teams to meet digitally, where their avatars approach an eery house in a dark wood. On choosing to enter, teams will see and hear the door slamming shut behind them as they face a spooky escape room experience ahead.

One member of each team uncovers the power to communicate with the dead. This gifted person becomes a ghost whisperer who must receive and then share the three challenges that must be passed to free their team from each room. A candle flickers. The clock is ticking.

The gameplay is devised to help nurture discussion and get teams working together. As team members build trust in each other, their fear of failure will be eased, and they will learn that self-belief, courage, and collaborative reasoning can bring success.

This engaging themed escape room style experience creates the perfect environment for helping teams reimagine how they work together on a day-to-day basis and delivers a highly memorable way of getting colleagues thinking about how they interact and communicate.

Learning Outcomes


Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind.
