How it works

In Quickfire Olympics Online, teams start by nominating their team leader for the first round. Then, we provide a mix of mental, creative, multiple-choice, and photo challenges - each with three difficulty levels and a corresponding level of reward. But, first, the team leader must get everyone on board with their strategy.

After each round, the team leader’s baton passes to another player who will lead the next round. Throughout the experience, each team member will take a turn in leading their team. Teams may also earn bonus points by getting creative in the photographic challenges.

The winning team will have the most points at the end of the game, not the team to finish first, so a careful strategy is required to accurately complete as many challenges as possible within the given time frame.

Quickfire Olympics Online is a great way to learn how to work together as a team through a fun and engaging gamified experience. As each player must take their turn as team leader, it is also a low-pressure way to sharpen leadership skills. Creative thinking, listening to the ideas of others, and “having a go” will enable teams to tackle some of the most challenging and rewarding tasks. Throughout the game, teams that work together will build confidence in their collective skills, easily transferable to their day-to-day.

In the true spirit of sportsmanship, the team that communicates clearly and encourages maximum participation by all team members will be sure to have a place on the winner’s virtual podium.
