How it works
We provide teams with a selection of wooden parts in various sizes and shapes. Their challenge is to combine the components to produce a range of high-quality children’s toys to help Santa get ready for Christmas.
Three-dimensional blueprints guide them through the process and detail a whole range of toy designs.
Once the quality is approved, the toys are then creatively decorated. Teams then design innovative educational games using the toys. An informal finale allows each team to take to the stage and show off their game and creations.
Teams experience the effectiveness of creating efficient production lines and quality control systems to achieve customer satisfaction in a fun, inspiring way. Team dynamics also come into play as all individuals must be involved in a productive way to achieve group success.
Following the experience, your organisation can choose to donate any toys or game materials to support festive celebrations at a local children’s charity, school, or home of your choice.
