How it works

In Summit Challenge, we invite teams to get together digitally, where they then play the role of climbers on a dangerous expedition to the top of a remote mountain. Our custom-built app guides them in a series of fun and engaging challenges.

One team member must take on the role of Expedition Leader and will need to bring together their team’s various pieces of information and instructions. In this time-pressured simulation, the leader and their climbers must work together to take rapid decisions, plan their strategy, and manage risk versus reward.

Successful teams will navigate their way from base camp to the summit, providing a highly enriching experience for those who are quick to work collaboratively and a shared learning experience for those who need a little guidance to get their team to the top.

Change and Growth

The effectiveness of teams is always in a constant state of flux. Teams grow, they shrink, the dynamics change. To keep teams moving towards their optimal state, we have devised a set of experiences that helps manage their performance. We draw on the power of leadership, empathy, cooperation, and problem-solving to help deliver change.

Collaboration

Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you.

Leadership

Our experiences to identify and bring out leadership qualities revolve around either creative and collaborative practices or competitive challenges. These tried and tested techniques delve deep into team dynamics and how individuals respond to them. We have also developed a core set of highly effective interactive business games. Our interactive games mimic real-world scenarios but with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure.
