How it works

Participate
Can be used to debrief any team building activity. Individuals access the web-based tool on their phones or tablet.

Evaluate
Individuals reflect on their team’s performance to rate and comment on a series of statements. A graphical representation of the overall responses is generated.

Commit
Individuals vote on what improvements to take forward. Prioritising actions together gives everybody a real stake in making change!

Repeat
Teams have physical proof of the actions agreed to improve their performance. Teams can measure that performance either back at work or their next teambuilding day

Collaboration

Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you.

Fun and Social

Choosing from our range of fun and social experiences is sometimes all it takes to get teams working together in new and more effective ways. These light and engaging experiences are great for energising a team or warming up conference delegates. They can help familiarise new team members or get well-acquainted ones working in innovative ways.

Leadership

Our experiences to identify and bring out leadership qualities revolve around either creative and collaborative practices or competitive challenges. These tried and tested techniques delve deep into team dynamics and how individuals respond to them. We have also developed a core set of highly effective interactive business games. Our interactive games mimic real-world scenarios but with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure.
