Teams must come up with and shoot a short, animated film. Using stop-motion and a mini studio, they compete to tell the best story around a given subject.

How it works

We split the group into teams and set them the challenge of working on a storyline, characters, scenery, and a soundtrack for their stop-motion film.

Communication, planning, and coordination are all essential in conceiving and producing a great film. The versatility of this experience allows it to be tailored to all kinds of stories or messages. These can include bringing your business objectives, product launch, or key messages to life.

With larger groups, we can also provide an option of tying individual teams’ films together to create a longer piece that must work seamlessly between each team’s section. This format requires another level of collaboration which is perfect for cross-team networking.

The effectiveness of teams is always in a constant state of flux. Teams grow, they shrink, the dynamics change. To keep teams moving towards their optimal state, we have devised a set of experiences that helps manage their performance. Flexing your creative muscles is an ingeniously fun way of improving your problem-solving skills. These skills can make a big difference to how teams approach their day to day, back in the workplace. Our creative experiences allow participants to explore within themselves and collaboratively as teams. Ultimately, these experiences are massively rewarding.


Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you.
