How it works

Teams view a short film that lays out the challenge ahead and ramps up the tension in the room. Each team is then invited to open their own unique metal box, revealing a series of sealed puzzles to solve and a further combination-locked box. Each puzzle requires a different form of logic to find the correct numbers and letters, which will reveal a code to crack the combination.

The experience is time-sensitive, so your teams will have to communicate quickly, clearly, and collaboratively to problem-solve their way to success.

Observing, listening, and speaking up when you have something to contribute all play a crucial role in conquering the challenges posed.

A successful team will have worked together in a time-pressured environment, drawing on individual skills and the ability to communicate. This taxing mental exercise is a creative way of addressing everyday scenarios in the workplace, and teams will leave with an enhanced understanding of working collaboratively and communicating effectively.

We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you.

Leadership

Our experiences to identify and bring out leadership qualities revolve around either creative and collaborative practices or competitive challenges. These tried and tested techniques delve deep into team dynamics and how individuals respond to them. We have also developed a core set of highly effective interactive business games. Our interactive games mimic real-world scenarios but with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure.
