Ninety-six miles in three days; bring it on! Training has begun for some of our team to take on the West Highland Way this April, walking the entire trail in just three days. Light training began at Christmas time and now the serious stuff is kicking off with a bang. Walking forty miles a week may not sound all that much but when you think that it means finding a spare fourteen hours a week, the commitment becomes clear. It's definitely one that we can take on and beat though and as the date draws ever closer the excitement (and nerves!) are building!
